The XR16 is the only Xfinity remote that doesn't have a numeric keypad, which makes it pretty recognizable. If you want to use the XR16 remote to control audio components like soundbars and receivers, turn those on as well. But if your audio and video are out of sync because the audio is behind the videoi.e. There other option is Expert Mode which is not selected. The XR16 is made for the Flex TV Box unit, so make sure you turn that on as well. Unfortunately, many TVs and soundbars only allow you to adjust it in one direction: delaying the audio.
